What happens after you reach out

Your next 24 hours, handled.

Right away

We listen

A real conversation about the crash, your injuries, and where things stand with insurance. No pressure, no legal jargon.

Same day

We assess

We tell you honestly whether you have a case, what it may be worth, and what deadlines apply under Arizona law.

From day one

We take over

If we work together, the adjusters call us — not you. We secure evidence, manage your claim, and you pay nothing unless we win.

A word from Larry

"We treat every case like it's the only one that matters — because to you, it is."

Before you talk to the adjuster

The insurance company's first offer is rarely their best.

After a crash, the other driver's insurer often moves fast — a friendly call, a request for a recorded statement, a quick settlement check. Their goal is to close your claim before the full cost of your injuries is known.

Whiplash, back injuries, and concussions can take weeks to fully show up. Once you sign a release, you can't go back for more — even if you need surgery later. A free case review costs you nothing and protects everything.

Get medical care first — your health and your claim both depend on documentation.
Don't give a recorded statement or sign anything before you understand your rights.
Arizona's filing deadline is generally two years — but evidence disappears much faster.
Rear-end, intersection, hit-and-run, rideshare, or uninsured driver — we handle them all.

Common questions

Straight answers before you commit to anything.

How much does a car accident lawyer cost?

Nothing upfront. Eligible cases are handled on contingency — the attorney fee comes out of the recovery, and if there's no recovery, there's no fee. Exact terms are spelled out in a written agreement before we start.

Do I even have a case?

That's exactly what the free case review answers. If another driver's negligence caused your injuries — even partially — you may have a claim for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. If you don't have a case, we'll tell you that honestly, too.

The insurance company already made me an offer. Should I take it?

Don't sign anything yet. Early offers rarely account for future treatment, missed work, or long-term effects. Have an attorney review the offer first — it's free and confidential, and it may be worth far more than the check on the table.

How long do I have to file in Arizona?

Generally two years from the date of the accident, with shorter deadlines in some situations, such as claims involving government vehicles. Evidence and witness memories fade quickly, so sooner is always stronger.

What if the other driver was uninsured or fled the scene?

You may still have options through your own uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. These claims are common in Arizona, and we know how to pursue them.

One conversation can change how this ends.
